<br />authorized by the registered electors of the city and set forth in chapter 320 of this Code~ <br />and (ii) the temporary one-eighth of one percent sales tax for historic preservation <br />purposes imposed for the ten-year period beginning on January L 2009 as set forth in <br />section 320.605 of this Code. Such revenues shall not be used, impaired or otherwise <br />affected by the BAP. <br /> <br />Section 3. If any portion of this ordinance is held to be invalid for any reason, such <br />decisions shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance. The City <br />Council hereby declares that it would have passed this ordinance and each part hereof <br />irrespective of the fact that anyone part be declared invalid. <br /> <br />Section 4.
