RESOLUTION NO. 4, <br />SERIES 2010 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OFA PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION <br />PLAT AND A PRELIMINARY PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE CONOCOPHILLIPS CAMPUS <br />WHEREAS, <br />there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commissionan <br />application for approval of a preliminary subdivision plat and preliminary (PUD) <br />development plan forthe proposed ConocoPhillips Campus development on a390.013 <br />acre parcel of land located in the southeastern corner of Louisville; and <br />WHEREAS, <br />the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found <br />that, subject to conditions, the applicationcomplieswith the Louisville zoning and <br />subdivision regulations and other applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, <br />the Planning Commission held a duly noticed public hearingon the <br />applicationonFebruary11, 2010,where evidence and testimony were entered into the <br />record, including without limitation the findings in the Louisville Planning Commission <br />Staff Report datedFebruary 11, 2010; and <br />WHEREAS, <br />based on the evidence and testimony in the record, the <br />Planning Commission finds thatthe application complies with the Louisville zoning and <br />subdivision regulations and other applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; <br />andthatsaid preliminary subdivision plat and preliminary PUD should be approved, <br />subject tothe following conditions: <br />1. The applicant will continue to work with staff to resolve the following issues for <br />final submittal: <br />a.Public Land Dedication. <br />b.Building Height, with additional setbacks to minimize visual impacts for <br />Planning Area A. <br />c.Quantify and resolve how to satisfy the demand on water and wastewater <br />utilities. <br />d.Secure a North/South bikeway connection on the east side of the campus <br />e.Finalize the Natural Resource Assessment. <br />f.Finalize site plan and design review. <br />g.Transportation Demand Management and Multi-modal access plan. <br />h.Remove any reference to Industrial land use in the development summary <br />table. <br />i.Finalize NW Parkway IGA Amendment to provide for construction of <br />Campus Drive. <br />2.Delete year references (i.e., “2008” and “1997”) in Note 1 of General Note on <br />Sheet 1. <br /> <br />
