CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br />RESOLUTION NO. 63 <br />SERIES 2001 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2001 BUDGET BY INCREASING <br />REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS IN THE CEMETERY, CONSERVATION <br />TRUST-LAND ACQUISITION, GOLF COURSE, AND TECHNOLOGY <br />MANAGEMENT FUNDS FOR THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a need exists for appropriating additional sums of money in the Cemetery, <br />Conservation Trust-Land Acquisition, Golf Course, and Technology Management Funds <br />to defray expenses in excess of amounts budgeted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has received unanticipated revenue not assured at the time of <br />adoption of the budget, from sources other than the City's local property tax mill levy, in <br />the Cemetery, Conservation Trust-Land Acquisition, Golf Course, and Technology <br />Management Funds. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO; <br /> <br />1. That the 2001 Cemetery Fund appropriations are hereby increased from $23,000 to <br />$25,000 as provided in Appendix A, attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> <br />2. That the 2001 Conservation Trust-Land Acquisition Fund appropriations are hereby <br />increased from $2,052,891 to $7,052,891 as provided in Appendix A, attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein. <br /> <br />3. That the 2001 Golf Course Fund appropriations are hereby increased from $2,109,891 <br />to $2,409,891 as provided in Appendix A, attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> <br />4.
