CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br />RESOLUTION NO. 56, SERIES 2001 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2001 BUDGET BY INCREASING <br />REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS IN THE GENERAL AND <br />CONSERVATION TRUST-LAND ACQUISITION FUNDS FOR THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a need exists for appropriating additional sums of money in the General and <br />Conservation Trust-Land Acquisition Funds to transfer funds and purchase land for open <br />space; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City will appropriate fund balances not appropriated at the time of <br />adoption of the budget, derived from sources other than the City's local property tax mill <br />levy, in the General and Conservation Trust-Land Acquisition Funds: <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO; <br /> <br />Section 1. That the 2001 General Fund Appropriations are hereby increased from <br />$11,735,050 to $12,077,050 as provided in Appendix A, attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein. <br /> <br />Section 2. That the 2001 Conservation Trust-Land Acquisition Fund Appropriations are <br />hereby increased from $1,710,891 to $2,052,891 as provided in Appendix A, attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> <br />D AND ADOPTED this 20th day of November, 2001. <br /> <br /> Tom Davidso~,, Mayor <br /> <br /> Nancy Varr~t, City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
