Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />February 11, 2010 <br />Page 12 of 15 <br /> <br />Pritchard asked Phare (Public Works Director) questions regarding the water <br />demands. <br />Phare stated the department has not received the requested information from <br />ConocoPhillips to make a water demand determination. <br />Loo continued with the discussion with Phare regarding the water line already at <br />the site as well as the new raw water share the city will receive with the 80-acre <br />annexation. <br />Light confirmed the process of annexation requires the applicant to provide <br />shares of the raw water by working with the Northern Colorado Water <br />Conservancy District. <br />O’Connell asked what is needed for emergency services to the site and what will <br />be provided by the Louisville Fire Protection District (LFPD). <br />Manning stated they will continue to work with LFPD to resolve what services are <br />required. <br />Lipton asked if land is available for a fire station at the northwest corner of the <br />project site. <br />Manning confirmed the fire station parcel location and also stated ConocoPhillips <br />is negotiating for another parcel location for the fire station. <br />Loo clarified that fire station located at the northeast corner of the ConocoPhillips <br />property is not the Louisville Fire Protection District station but is the North Metro <br />Fire District. <br />O’Connell inquired about the location of a heli-pad for the property. <br />Manning stated a heli-pad is only in the long range plan for the property and a <br />specific location has not been determined. <br />O’Connell asked if the power lines would be buried. <br />Manning stated ConocoPhillips is working with Xcel Energy to design and bury <br />the utility lines. <br />Loo asked if the current CMRS towers would stay on the property. <br />Manning confirmed they would stay through the length of the contract. <br />Russell asked if any planned bike lines would be separate from the sidewalks. <br />Manning stated they would be separate. <br />Russell noted the planning areas are not fully developed. <br />Manning stated the final plat and PUD will provide the details of the development. <br />Russell asked what is planned for Planning Area H. <br />Manning stated it is for meeting rooms. <br /> <br />
