Library Director
Barrett explained most of the! difference is made up by cutting the salaries of the
library staff as opposed to temporary staff one day a week. There would be a
small savings in temporary salaries if the library closed one day a week, but if the
library closes for a week, all staff salaries would be cut and everything would shut
down.
