<br />City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />April 6, 2010 <br />Page 3 of 17 <br /> <br />Sue Hagerty, 984 St. Andrews Lane, Louisville, CO stated she enjoys playing tennis at <br />the City's facilities and urged Council to keep the porta-potties at the tennis courts. <br /> <br />Mike Ryan, 325 Roosevelt Avenue, Louisville, CO thanked Council for approving the <br />Recreational Vehicle Sanitary Waste Disposal Station. <br /> <br />Jerry Davis, 703 Lois Drive, Louisville, CO thanked Council on behalf of himself and the <br />Louisville Rod & Gun Club, for approving the RV Sanitary Waste Disposal Station. <br /> <br />Howard Pollack, 834 Lincoln Avenue, Louisville, CO opposed the City charging <br />residents for the use of the RecrHational Vehicle Sanitary Waste Disposal Station. <br /> <br />Henry Rivera, 1261 Garfield Avenue, Louisville, CO voiced his thanks to Council for the <br />Recreational Vehicle Sanitary Waste Disposal Station. <br /> <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br /> <br />Councilor Muckle noted the Town of Superior conducted an election on April 6 and one <br />of the ballot questions is regarding library services. He stated this would be of particular <br />interest to the City of LouisvillE~. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk was also interested in the outcome of the Town of Superior election. He <br />reported on a RTD meeting held on March 17, at the Louisville Middle School. The <br />meeting regarded the Environmental Impact Statement for the Northwest rail station. <br />He thanked the Parks & Recreation Department, Public Works, the Planning Staff and <br />the City Manager's Staff for their work in preparation for this meeting. <br /> <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br /> <br />City Manager Fleming updated City Council on the following: <br /> <br />· Planning Director Search Process: The City received 90 applications from <br />twenty states. Six strong candidates were selected for the interview process, <br />which will begin with a recl3ption on Thursday, April 15 at 5:00 p.m. at the Arts <br />Center. Interviews and presentations will be conducted on Friday April 16, 2010. <br />· City Manager Fleming signed two Revocable License Agreements for parties to <br />use the City's Howard Water diversion water return structure to measure certain <br />flow of water. <br /> <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> <br />2010 ARBOR DAY PROCLAMATION <br />
