CONSENT AGENDA <br />“The following items on the City Council Agenda are considered routine by the City Manager and shall be approved, <br />adopted, accepted, etc., by motion of the City Council and roll call vote unless the Mayor or a City Council person <br />specifically requests that such item be considered under “Regular Business.” In such an event the item shall be removed <br />from the “Consent Agenda” and Council action taken separately on said item in the order appearing on the Agenda. <br />Those items so approved under the heading “Consent Agenda” will appear in the Council Minutes in their proper order. <br />A. <br />Approval of Bills <br />B. <br />Approval of April 20, Regular Meeting Minutes <br />C. <br />Approval to Conduct a Special Meeting prior to the Regular Study Session on <br /> May 11, 2010 at 5:30 PM for the Purpose of Conducting Interviews for <br /> Vacancies on the Newly Established Golf Course Advisory Board <br />D. <br />Resolution No. 23, Series 2010 – A Resolution Approving an Amendment to <br /> the Business Assistance Agreement with Brasel LLC for the Operation of a <br /> Restaurant at 585 South Boulder Road in the City of Louisville <br />E. <br />Resolution No. 24, Series 2010 – A Resolution Recognizing Edith Guenzi for <br /> <br />Her Lifelong Devotion to the City of Louisville <br />5. PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />It is requested that public comments be limited to 3 minutes. When several people wish to speak on the same position on <br />a given item, they are requested to select a spokesperson to state that position. <br />6.
