Recidivism of sex offenders is not dependent on <br />residence. Goodman stated that the research does not show that zoning <br />restrictions are a viable solution. Public comments were in agreement with <br />Goodman’s research. <br />Energy Report <br />Dave Szabados presented his report on the energy use of the City. He provided <br />information on trends, the results of implementing energy efficient strategies, and <br />the software that monitors the Recreation Center heating and cooling systems. <br />Councilors and Szabados discussed the options to address the significant energy <br />loss from the double doors at the Recreation Center.
