In order to close, the Authority is seeking a <br />partial release of certain agreements and conservation easements, granted by the County to'the <br />Louisville, to the extent such agreements and conservation easements are recorded against <br />parcels to be acquired by the Authority. <br /> <br /> More specifically, the Authority requests that the Mayor of Louisville execute partial <br />releases of conservation easements recorded at Reception Nos. 1286993, 1286992, 1412542, and <br />1967535 (the "Easements"). The Easements are recorded against land the Authority will acquire <br />in the J&T Thompson and Glacier Park Open Spaces. Also, the Authority requests that the <br />Mayor of Louisville execute partial releases of the Annexation Agreement between the City of <br />Louisville, Mizel Development Corp. and Boulder County Land Venture, recorded at Reception <br />No. 377414, and the Agreement between the City of Louisville, Mizel Development Corp. and <br />Boulder County Land Venture recorded at Reception No. 549586 (the "Agreements"). <br /> <br /> Enclosed are a copy of each Easement or Agreement and a corresponding partial release <br />ready to be executed assuming you approve of the form. We are also enclosing legal <br />descriptions for the Northwest Parkway tight-of-way and easement parcels through the Glacier <br />Park and Boulder County Land Venture Open Spaces per your request. Finally we are enclosing <br />closing lists for the September closing. <br /> <br /> <br />
