PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA Erik Hartronft, 1021 South Boulder Road, Suite J, Louisville, Colorado, stated that the Downtown Business Association has conducted a survey of downtown business owners. He presented the results of the survey to Council. COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA Keany reported that the Louisville Housing Authority received an award for the Lydia Morgan apartments on project design from the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials. PRESENTATION - PROCLAMATION DECLARING AUGUST 23, 1998 - ITALIAN HERITA GE DA Y Davidson presented a proclamation declaring August 23, 1998 as Italian Heritage Day to Virginia Caranci. Virgina Caranci thanked Council for the proclamation and encouraged Council and all the citizens of Louisville to attend the LaFesta on August 23, 1998, and be "Italians for a day."
