<br /> RESOLUTION NO. 24 <br /> SERIES 1990 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SPECIAL REVIEW USE FOR <br /> TRINITY BIBLE EVANGELICAL FREE CHURCH <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City <br /> Council a Special Review Use request for a church at 1340 Main <br /> Street by the Trinity Bible Evangelical Free Church; and <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the Special Review Use <br /> have been reviewed by the city staff and Planning Commission and <br /> found to be in compliance with the Louisville Zoning Ordinance, <br /> Special Review Use Regulation and related policies; and <br /> WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing, the <br /> Planning Commission recommended to the City Council approval of <br /> said application for Special Review Use; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said application for <br /> Special Review Use should be approved; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br /> City of Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve the Special <br /> Review 1340 Main Stt-eet for the Trinity Bible Evangelical Free <br /> Church. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of July, 1990. <br /> ~~4- <br /> Herman Fauson, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> '0 O-\t~vJL tel' ,\ i..-;. -A..I.~I--f <br /> Donna Cummings, City lerk <br /> Cp;u;J~ <br /> Patrick D.
