<br /> RESOLUTION NO. 23 <br /> SERIES 1990 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A TEMPORARY USE PERMIT FOR THE INDEPENDENT <br /> ORDER OF ODD FELLOWS CAR SHOW <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City <br /> Council a Temporary Use Permit request for a one day car show by <br /> the Independent Order of Odd Fellows, Erie Lodge; and <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the request have been <br /> reviewed by the city staff and Planning Commission and found to <br /> be in compliance with the Louisville Zoning Ordinance, Temporary <br /> Use Regulation and related policies; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended to the City <br /> Council approval with condition of said temporary use; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Temporary Use <br /> Permit should be approved. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br /> City of Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve the Temporary <br /> Use Permit for the Independent Order of Odd Fellows Car Show. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of June, 1990. <br /> ~~L~ - <br /> Herman Fauson, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> r- ~ ~ <br /> ~ u <br /> ~ ~' <br /> Donna Cummings, City <br /> ~ <br /> . ~~t:Ck D.
