<br /> RESOLUTION NO .22 <br /> SERIES I990 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT AND PUD DEVELOP- <br /> MENT PLAN FOR CLUBHOMES AT COAL CREEK <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City <br /> Council by First Capital Development Corp. a Final Subdivision <br /> Plat ("Plat") and Final PUD Development Plan ("Plan") for Club- <br /> homes at Coal Creek; and <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the amended Plat and Plan <br /> have been reviewed by the city staff and Planning Commission and <br /> found to be in compliance with the Louisville Zoning Ordinances, <br /> Subdivision Regulations and related policies; and <br /> WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concern- <br /> ing said Plat and Plan, the Planning Commission recommended to <br /> the City Council approval of said Plan and Plat; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Plat and Plan <br /> should be approved; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br /> City of Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve the Final Subdi- <br /> vision Plat and Final Development Plan for Clubhomes at Coal <br /> Creek. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of May, 1990. <br /> ~/(I~<f~ <br /> R rman Fauson, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> r-\ ~o_) <br /> ~4fL c~ <br /> Donna Cummings, City' lerk <br />
