<br /> RESOLUTION NO. 18 <br /> SERIES 1990 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLA T AND AMENDED PUD <br /> DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR CENTENNIAL 7 REPLAT A. <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City <br /> Council by McStain Enterprises a Final Subdivision Plat ("Plat") <br /> and Amended Final PUD Development Plan ("Plan") for Centennial 7 <br /> Replat A; and <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the General Development <br /> Plan have been reviewed by the city staff and Planning Commission <br /> and found to be ~n compliance with the Louisville Zoning <br /> Ordinances, Subdivision Regulations and related policies; and <br /> WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing <br /> concerning said Plat, the Planning Commission recommended to the <br /> City Council approval of said Plan and Plat; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Plan and Plat <br /> should be approved; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br /> City of Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve the Final Subdi- <br /> vision Plat and Amended Final Development Plan for Centennial 7 <br /> Replat A. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of March, 1990. <br /> 4~/(e!?~( .;;:~'l)-,- <br /> Herman Fauson, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> r-"-' <br /> .""~ . <br /> ~.. <br /> Donna Cummings, Cit <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> / -'z/ <br /> Vt _....J J{(..iu t C./<J <br /> Patrick D.
