<br />RESOLUTION NO. 17 <br /> <br />Series 1990 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING HEALTH PARK SUBDIVISION FILING NO.4 <br />(REPLAT) <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City <br />Council a Replat by Park Engineering for Rocky Mountain Affiliat- <br />ed Adventist Health Systems; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the PUD Amendment have <br />been reviewed by the City Staff and Planning Commission and found <br />to be in compliance with the Louisville Zoning Ordinances, Subdi- <br />vision Regulations and related policies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concern- <br />ing said Plan, the Planning Commission determined that it is <br />acceptable. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br />City of Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve Health Park <br />Subdivision Filing No.4 (Replat). <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of May, ~ <br /> <br />g~~/c7'~~ <br />Herman Fauson, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />ATTESTED: <br /> <br /> <br />0~~. <br /> <br />Donna Cummings, City ~k <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />,..;~,-)" l <br /><- .... .' ..'
