RESOLUTION NO. 14 SERIES 1990 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS RELATIVE TO THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED WEST OF LINCOLN AVENUE AND NORTH OF SOUTH STREET EXTENDED, OWNED BY ARCHDIOSCES OF DENVER/ST. LOUIS CATHOLIC CHURCH. WHEREAS, the City council of the City of Louisville has previous- ly filed a petition for annexation of certain property, described in Exhibit A attached hereto, to be in substantial compliance with Colorado Statutory requirements for annexation; and, WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville has set March 20, 1990 for a public hearing relative to said proposed annexa- tion and has duly and properly advertised such hearing; and, WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville has held said public hearing and has heard evidence and testimony relative to determining if the proposed annexation complies with the statuto- ry requirements. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section h The City Council hereby determines and finds that all applicable parts of Colorado Revised Statues 31-12-104 and 31-12-105 have been complied with, specifically including the following: (a) that not less than 1/6 of the perimeter of the area proposed to be annexed is contiguous with the annexing municipality; (b) that a community of interest exists between the area proposed to be annexed and the annexing municipality; (c) that said area is urban or will be urbanized in the near future; (d) that said area is integrated with or capable of being integrated with the annexing municipality. Section 2. It is determined that no annexation election is re- quired relative to this annexation. Section h It is determined that no additional terms and condi- tions are to be imposed. THEREFORE, the City Council specifically finds that all statutory requirements have been met and that the described property may be properly annexed to the City of Louisville by Ordinance.
