<br /> RESOLUTION NO. 10 <br /> SERIES I990 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND FINAL PLAT <br />FOR COAL CREEK RANCH FILING NO. 2 REPLAT A. <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City <br />Council by Coal Creek Ranch Associates a Final Development Plan <br />("Plan") and Final Plat ("Plat") for Coal Creek Ranch Filing No. <br />2 Replat A; and <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the General Development <br />Plan have been reviewed by the city staff and Planning Commission <br />and found to be in compliance with the Louisville Zoning <br />Ordinances, Subdivision Regulations and related policies; and <br /> WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing <br />concerning said Plat, the Planning Commission recommended to the <br />City Council approval of said Plan and Plat; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Plan and Plat <br />should be approved; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br />City of Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve the Final <br />Development Plan and Final Plat for Coal Creek Ranch Filing No. 2 <br />Replat A. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of February, 1990. <br /> .,g~~~ <br /> Herman Fauson, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br />~~mm~k <br />... /~g~~ED AS T?
