RESOLUTION NO. 38 <br /> SERIES 2001 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />FOR A 40-STALL PARKING LOT <br /> AT 925/937 FRONT STREET <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, them has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of a final PUD development plan for a 40-stall parking lot on property located at 925 <br />and 937 Front Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the final PUD development plan have been reviewed <br />by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found, with conditions, to be in compliance with <br />the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, the Design Handbook for Downtown <br />Louisville; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing concerning said final PUD development <br />plan on July 19, 2001, where evidence and testimony were entered into the public record, <br />including the Staff Report dated July 19, 2001, the Planning Commission recommended approval <br />to the City Council, with conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application and finds that the Planning <br />Commission recommended conditions (with one exception) have been addressed, in the plans <br />submitted for City Council action and finds that said final PUD development plan should be <br />approved, with the following condition: <br /> <br />1.
