City Council Finance Committee Meeting Minutes 04/19/2010 Page 3 of 4 The Accounting Manager presented Financial Statements for the period ending March 31, 2010. The Finance Committee requested that statements for all City funds be provided quarterly and that interim reports contain only the five main operational funds. The statements for the City's five main operational funds and corresponding narrative can be located on the City's website at www.louisvilleco.qov. CASH & INVESTMENTS AT MARCH 31, 2010 The Finance Director presented the Schedule of Cash & Investments as of March 31, 2009. The schedule and corresponding narrative can be located on the City's website at www.louisvilleco.qov. This will be the last City prepared report on cash and investments. Future reports will be provided by Davidson Fixed Income Management. LIST OF BILLS The Committee reviewed the List of Bills scheduled for approval at the April 20, 2010 Council Meeting. The list can be located on the City's website at www.louisvilleco.qov. The Finance Committee requested information on: Colorado Motor Vehicles $15.00 Petty Cash LRC $227.77 Camera Classified $1,680.80 Comcast Cable Comm. $178.92 and $132.10 The Committee requested the City Manager encourage purchases from both Louisville-based home improvement stores.
