CALL <br /> were present: Alan D. Lundberg, Chairman of the Board, and Commissioner <br /> J. Lang, J. Scholl, S. Rupp, L. riot, V. Donovan, and D. Delforpo. Absent <br /> were C. Stead and L. Jacoe. Robert N. Davis, Executive Director: Stev.n <br /> C. Ferris, Rehabilitation Director and Mary Filen Score, Secretary-Book- <br /> Leeper were staff .ambers prevent. <br /> The minutes of the March 7, 1973 meeting were then approved as read. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> Guests which were present included the following persons: Percy Connatoe, INTRODUCTION Of <br /> ..Louisville Times", Sara Hoover, "Boulder Camera", and Lawrence Enrietto, I GUESTS <br /> Chairman of the Planning Commission; Keith Hellart end two other meebers • <br /> from Parks and Recreation. <br /> aobert Davis then deleted Personnel Policies and Resolution Amending the ADDITIONS TO AGENDA <br /> Second Action Year Program from the agenda. Commissioner Scholl then <br /> added vacancy on the Board to the agenda. <br /> Commissioner Donovan than gave the City Council report. He explained that CITY COUNCIL <br /> ?obert Davis made a presentation at the City Council meeting in which <br /> Steinbaugh Lumber Yerd was discussed. The City Council agreed to have the <br /> City loan the Louisville Urban Renewal Authority $5,297.00 to cover the <br /> project overrun. This money will cover the latrdscaping of the park <br /> ?Pwlopm>sent. City Council also agreed to inforce ti. Housing Code Inspec- <br /> tion of the Baotisr. Church. An ordinance was passe: concerning the remove <br /> of junk from properties. <br /> ^ommmmissioner Donovan then gave the Planning Commission report. The pdblic PLANNINn COMMISSION <br /> Nearing was passed concerning the "Parkwood Annexation". Also discussion <br /> centered around the North Lousiville annexations. <br /> 'hairman Lundberg then gave the Housing Authority report. The Housing HOUSING AUTHORITY <br /> Authority is truing to cows to a solution concerning a relocation of a <br /> family who is in desperate need of having a safe and sanitary plate to <br /> live. Also discussion rtntered around what the direction wan for the <br /> ousing Authority in relationship to their funding. <br /> • <br /> ^hairmen Lundberg then gave the Housing board of Adiustments and Appeals BOAR or ANUSTM <br /> report. As of now, they are short one member and are interviewing ror AX) APPEALS <br /> a replacement. They will be meeting with City Cetn cil to find out what <br /> their actual role will, be. <br /> The Public Relations Committee will be meeting in the near future to put PI'RL1C•RELATION'S <br /> •^gether an article concerning the acquisition of the lend acquired by <br /> the Louisville Urban Renewal Authority. <br /> -91- <br />
