REGIONAL TRANIPORTATION DISTRICT PUOLIC HEARING — RULEs ANO REGULATIONS 1) The Regional Trarnportation District i"RTD"I Sod of Directors("Board')has tentatively adopted a"Public Transportation Pleh"Ithhe"bare")for the dietr ct. 2) A"Public Hearing"as provided for by etratr+te will be held on this Pion on various dotes.places and times.in accordance with a published Schedule. This hewing schedule is available to any Interested person,or .nisation,or their repreeeitativear by calling ATD, 31014140. 3) This Public Hearing shell be fully open to the public,and any ir4 s eeted pinch, organisation.or their repreaenteti ss may make a statement to tree Bard of Directors regarding the proposed Plan. The right to question piston making presentations shell be limited to members of the Board of Directors and staff of the Regional Transportation District. 4) Presentations to the Board of Directors may be either written or oral. Written material will be received by the Board at the time of the Public Hearing.or may be sent to the Board.by mait,properly identified and postmarked not later than the day following the final Public Hearing date,at 58 Steele Street,Denver,Colorado 90306,and shall be made s part of the reword of the Hearing.
