Motion carried. <br /> VARRA PROPERTY City Administrator Wurl advised Council our offer had been <br /> rejected. Offer was based on appraisal. The asking price <br /> was $21,300. Councilman Deborski suggested we pursue con- <br /> demnation or negotiation. Council decided to have Adminis- <br /> trator hurl negotiate. <br /> Chairman Lundberg was asked if LURA could procure this <br /> property for the City. Chairman Lundberg advised Council they <br /> cannot acquire land. <br /> [III, CONVENTION Councilmen Donovan, Scholl, Deborski, Jensen, Mayor Caranci <br /> and City Administrator Wurl reported on the Colorado <br /> Municipal Convention held in Colorado Springs.
