:. .z• r. y i . R 9V1 Meeting was called to order by Mayor hots w► Xing at 7:30 p.a. with Coailrr Deborski, Jensen, Donovan, Counci woman Scholl and Domenico present. Also present were City Administrator Burt City Clerk McNulty and City Treasurer Hesson. Absent - City Attorney Morris. ACCEPTANCE OF MIN- Councilman Donovan moved that the minutes be accepted as TES presented. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. All in favor. Motion carried. CORRESPONDENCE: Additional correspondence not in folders. Proposed agreement with First Federal Savings Information on Coal Creek project Schedule and estimate on Water Iaprove ants Schedule and estimate on Street Improvements - overlay Senate Bill #360 relating to appointment of Commissioners for Mowing Authority Councilman Donovan moved that correspondence be accepted and brought up under proper heading of business. Seconded by Couec loran Deborski. All in favor. Motion carried. COUNCIL IT!J S A. Varra Property - no report D. a Estimate - Councilman Donovan n Donov moved that the Dye Estimate in the amount of $29,565.67 be accepted for payment. Seconded by Councilman Deoborski. Roll call vote - Deborski yes, Jensen yes, Donovan yes, Scholl yes, Domenico yes. Motion carried. C. Penner Estimate - Councilman Donovan moved that the Penner Estimate in the amount of $85,587.00 be accepted for payment. Seconded by Councilwoman Scholl. Question was asked when is Ptnner's completion date? Mr. Wurl to check on completion date for both Penner and Dye. Roll call vote Deborski yes, Jensen yes, Donovan yes, Scholl yes, Domenico yes. Lotion carried. D. Fleming Estimate - Councilman Deborski moved that im 'ng estimate in the amount of $5,749.57 for 84Z completion on the rest-rooms and storage building at Miners Field be accepted for payment. Seconded by Councilman Donovan. Question by Councilman Domenico - when will it be completed? Chairman Keith Helart reported within two weeks. Mayor Proton Xing inquired who would accept the building. It was decided it would be City Engineer White. Roll call vote Deborski yes, Jensen - abstained, Donovan yes, Scholl yes, Domenico yes. Motion carried. E. Van Buskirk Request i 80 acres across hiway 42 and • Laufivifle Cemetery. Company proposes to divide the property into 32 - 2% acre lots. Request the city to provide water for such an undertaking and seek County approval for septic systems. Requesting 32 water taps - $1,800 tap fee and they would have to construct the lines.
