Also <br /> present were City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Morris, -and City Trea• <br /> surer Hesson. Absent - City Clerk McNulty. <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES: Councilman .Domepico moved that the minutes of <br /> the last meeting and adjourned meeting be ac- <br /> cepted as presented. Seconded by Councilwoman <br /> Scholl. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> CORRESPONDENCE Councilman King moved that the ao1respondence <br /> be accepted and placed under proper heading. <br /> Seconded by Councilman Donovan. All in favor. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION Councilman Donovan read the minutes in entirety <br /> INDUSTRIAL REP' • and recommended that the City Council enter into <br /> �, a contract with Oblinger-Smith to make a study <br /> 1 ' , of the comprehensive plan relating to the in- <br /> dustrial area and extend it to three miles out- <br /> , side of the comprehensive area, as well as what <br /> is available in the present industrial area. <br /> VCouncilman Donovan then Mead in part - "Scope <br /> of Services" previously presented to Council <br /> for their consideration <br /> After discussion, Mayor Caranci recommended that <br /> the present Council members, new Council members <br /> and new Mayor have a meeting with the Planning <br /> Commission relating to industry as soon as possible. <br /> RAW WATER USERS: No action taken. <br /> FINAL PAYMENT Councilman King moved that final payment be made <br /> CAP CONSTRUCTION CO. to Cap Construction Co. in the amount of $1 ,400.01. <br /> Seconded by Councilman Deborski. Roll call vote <br /> Deborski. yes, King yes, Jensen yes, Donovan yes, <br /> Scholl yes, Domenico yes. Motion carried. <br /> FINAL PAYMENT City Administrator Wurl requested this be delayed <br /> AJAX CONSTRUCTION CO. antil next meeting as there is a small problem <br /> that has to be solved. <br /> COLORADO CONSERVATION Clty Administrator Wurl made reference to letter <br /> BOARD (COAL CREEK) from Mr. Felix Sparks and stated that the repre- <br /> scntatives from the Rocky Mountain Consultant who <br /> had made the accompanying report were j.n the aud- <br /> fence, if anyone cared to ask questions. City <br /> Administrator Wurl then read the letter in entirety. <br />
