Motion carried. LOUISVILLE INN Councilman Deborski moved that the liquor license for the Old Louisville Inn be approved. Seconded by Councilman Jensen. All in favor. Motion carried_ THREE COINS Councilman Deborski moved that the liquor license transfer from incorporation to private owner for the Three Coins be approved. Seconded by Council- man Jensen. All in favor. Motion carried. RATIFY POLICE APPOINT- Mayor Caranci advised Council - patrolmen Nelson MENTS and tratton had served their probation time and requested their appointment be ratified. Councilman King moved that the appointment of Officers Nelson and Bretton be ratified. Seconded by Councilman Donovan. Councilman Domenico inquired why the Officers were not present so that Council members could meet them as in the past. Then stated they would be present for the Police Commission meeting, November 28, 1973. K
