Motion <br /> carried_ <br /> THREE COINS Councilman Deborski moved that the liquor license <br /> transfer from incorporation to private owner for <br /> the Three Coins be approved. Seconded by Council- <br /> man Jensen. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> RATIFY POLICE APPOINT- Mayor Caranci advised Council - patrolmen Nelson <br /> MENTS and tratton had served their probation time and <br /> requested their appointment be ratified. <br /> Councilman King moved that the appointment of <br /> Officers Nelson and Bretton be ratified. Seconded <br /> by Councilman Donovan. <br /> Councilman Domenico inquired why the Officers were <br /> not present so that Council members could meet them <br /> as in the past. Then stated they would be present <br /> for the Police Commission meeting, November 28, 1973. <br /> K <br />
