All permanent residential applicants, individual or <br /> multi-unit regardless of size. Also, all commercial <br /> applicants for firm gas with an estimated new or increased <br /> load that does not exceed a maximum hourly demand of 7500 <br /> CFH, or an annual use determined by 3500 hours use of <br /> estimated maximum hourly demand. <br /> • <br /> 2. All commercial applicants or customers not falling into <br /> category one. <br /> 3. All industrial applicants or customers (interruptible <br /> or firm). <br /> Gas applications will be honored from available gas supplies in the chronological <br /> order in which they are received or placed on a waiting list. All applicants <br /> or customers in category one will be satisfied before those in category two. <br /> Likewise, all applicants in category two will be satisfied before those in <br /> category three. <br /> Applications will be accepted only for construction that is to be initiated <br /> within one year from application date. <br /> PENDING GAS APPLICATIONS ON JANUARY 1 1974 <br /> Applications for gas service accepted and presently on file, and all new <br /> applications submitted prior to January 1, 1974, meeting current tariff <br /> limitations, will be served with natural gas provided the structure is <br /> enclosed, major gas equipment is installed and metered gas is being utilized <br /> before October 1 , 1974, otherwise the commitment is void. <br />
