Mrs. Forbis
talked to Mr. verrera in person rather than writing a letter. '!he com-
mittee said this was satisfactory.
Discussed tho Coal Creek water plan and the temeorary water plan now
being studied by joint councils of Louisville and Lafayette.
The annexations 'forth and West of town were discussed es to hew far
along they were in building homes, water facilities for the amount of
growth, and economy in general.-
It was suggested by John Prouty that it would be worthwhile to have
guests from the State of Colorado, from the legislature, speak on the
facets of land use bills that are now being discussed. This would help
dispel iristakes in notions that people have about land use. The citi-
zens felt that city council should invite these people to hear about
the State pinr.s before any further annexation is considered. It was
suggested by '+,ary Ann Laney that the citizens should call their council
representatives and request that meetings of this nature would be valu-
able.
•
A emotion was made by Joe Ferarese that cumbers or a remher of the CAC
be present at the City hell when tabulations are rude on the returned
citizens' surveys that are to be railed to all cititens. Can previously
mentioned in these minutes) !lotion seconded by teary Ann Lang. All in
favor. Notion carried. Members question who would mahe analysis of
tabulations.
