It has been my policy to not interfere in <br /> local declsiat-waking problems unless I believe that the prob- <br /> lems have a bearing on current state legislative actions. <br /> As you are aware, the General Assembly is currently working on <br /> land use legislation and, in mega opinion, some fors of land use <br /> legislation will be enacted by the state during this session. . <br /> Please do not misunderstand. I do not vent to discuss the pro <br /> or con merits of the Sproul proposal. I am concerned, however, <br /> that all annexations and all substantial land programs in <br /> 1( Rrpressntative tistrlct 52 are undertaken with full and complete <br /> understanding of the pending legislation by the state.
