Attorney Morris quoted from the State Statutes 139.11$.9 <br /> that the Mayor and two members of the Parks and Recreation Board <br /> should be placed on the card. The Statute also stated a report <br /> of revenue and expenditures should be kept for Council 's approvel. <br /> Question came up whether bills should be read at each City <br /> Council meeting. Attorney Morris adivsed Hi would look into :tht <br /> matter as to the legal aspect. <br /> Councilman Di Carlo moved for adjournment. Seconded by Coun- <br /> cilman Del Pizzo. All in favor.
