DelPisso and DiCarlo pre- <br /> sent. Others present were City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney, Paul <br /> Morris, City Treasurer Bill Hesson, and City Clerk, Patty Santilli. <br /> di Mayor Waschak approved the minutes as <br /> presented. <br /> Councilman Domenico wade a motion that <br /> correspondence be accepted and placed <br /> under the proper heading. Seconded by <br /> Councilman DelPizzo. Motion carried. <br /> Sproul representatives properly submitted <br /> l the necessary petitions and plats. Sproul <br /> is requesting that council send these on <br /> • to the Planning Commission for further <br /> review. Mr. Aollenbsck, representing <br /> Sproul presented the city with a check <br /> in the amount of $13,279.53 to be credited <br /> to their annexation fee as subsequent <br /> annexations are considered by the city. <br /> Councilman Berry moved that Resolution #7 <br /> be adopted and the matter referred •o the <br /> Planning Commission. Councilwoman Dhieux <br /> seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br /> A work session planned for January 29. at <br /> 7:30 P.M. will include Sproul represent- <br /> atives. the Planning Commission Board <br /> and the Citizens Advisory Committee. <br /> Illatak4 e ,; [ '= 1 The Planning Commission recommended that <br /> ' , the Council authorise the firm of Obling- <br /> er/Smith to proceed with the two phase <br /> industrial development study with the <br /> total cost not exceeding $5.500.00. <br /> Councilman Domenico moved that the devel- <br /> opment study be approved. Motion carried. <br /> WOOD BROTHERS EASEMENT Wood Brothers submitted a plat in 'regards <br /> to a house which was going to be built <br /> on a lot that was not large enough. The <br /> Public Service agreed that the easement <br /> was not needed. The Planning Commission <br /> recommended that the Council approve <br /> Wood Brothers request for the vacation of <br /> the easement between lots 137 and 138. <br /> Councilman DiCarlo moved that we adopt <br />
