Domenico, Berry, Scholl and Dhieux. Councilman <br /> DiCarlo and Del.Pixxo were absent. Other members present were City <br /> Attorney Morris. •ity Administrator Wurl, City Treasurer Masson and <br /> City Clerk Santilli. <br /> ACCRPTANCE OF MINUTES Councilman DiCarlo asked that the minutes <br /> be corrected to state that he suggested <br /> instead of buying a car, that Council <br /> check and see what vehicles the City now <br /> has and use one of them for the Code En- <br /> forcement Officer during his trial period. <br /> After corrections were made Mayor Waschak <br /> and Council approved the minutes. <br /> CORRESPONDENCE Correspondence included letters from CAC <br /> the American Legion, and Water reports <br /> for the month of February. <br /> Mr. Wurl read a letter from Mr. Ed Deboraki <br /> in regards to Sproule Annexation. Mr. <br /> Wurl stated that he has answered the letter <br /> from Mr. Deborski and CAC. <br /> Councilwoman Scholl asked when the pri- <br /> liminary plat requirements on annexation <br /> was did away with. Mr. Wurl stated that <br /> Council submitted a proposed change in <br /> annexation procedures which stated that <br /> Land could be annexed without being platted <br /> except that all the guarantees that relate <br /> to development that would be inforced at <br /> the time of annexation, would be handled <br /> at the time the annexation was platted. <br /> The City felt this would be an advantage <br /> because: 1. The City was able to annex <br /> land without any commitments. 2. This <br /> gave the City the perogative to review <br /> each plat as it came in. Mr. Wurl was ----- <br /> made in the fora of a motion. Mr. Wurl <br /> was to check and see if this suggestion <br /> was made in the form of a motion. 'Mr, Wurl <br /> also stated that if a plat is submitted <br /> to the Planning Commission and it is <br /> accepted for reveiw then there is a 30 day <br /> tine limit and if Planninc Commission has <br /> not acted withing that time on the matter <br /> it is automatically turned over to Council. <br /> If there is no plat at the request for <br /> annexation, then there is no limitations. <br /> The only limitation on an annexation pro- <br /> position is that "if the City does not <br />
