Others present included, City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Morris, City Treasurer Rss on, and City Clerk Santini. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Councilwoman Scholl asked it be added to the minutes that she reported on the Con- sortium meeting at the last Council nest- ing. Mayor Waschak and Council approved the minutes after the addition was made. CORRESPONDENCE Councilman Berry moved that the corres- pondence be accepted and brought up under the proper heading. Seconded by Council- man Domenico. Motion carried. COUNCIL ITEMS LOUISVILLE WESTIIDVEXAT/ON Councilman Berry moved that Council table • the recommendation until the Council has had a chance to have a work session and go Wier the matter by themselves. Seconded by Councilwoman Dhieux. Roll call. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Dhieux yes , Scholl yes . DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. A work session was planned for • May 14, at 7:30 P.M. A question was brought up as to the deeds. Attorney Morris stated that the deeds were not in the same title as the petition therefore the deeds would be of meaningless value. Mr. Morris is going to chick the matter out. R6L POLICY STATEMENT Mayor Waschak asked that this matter be tabled until later. 'SAW sraesileibal Councilman Domenico oved that Mr. Jerry McDonald be appointed to serve on the Board. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion carried. BOULDER MM. 1trVII{ TASK ftitCE Councilwoman Scholl stated that she did speak with Mr. Cordova who stated that a survey has been taken out it Centaurus, but it has not been tabulated. Mr. Cor- dova suggested that instead of killing the project it should be tabled. Council- woman Scholl moved that the request be tabled for further di'cuasion. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried.
