The Parties have mutually selected Coal Creak from Boulder <br /> Turnpike to Empire Drive or that portion of Coal Creek which may be <br /> (location of trail corridor) - <br /> incorporated into the City of Louisville <br /> as suitable for non-motorized recreational development as part of the state <br /> recreational trails system. (refer to map attached hereto and by reference made <br /> a part hereof) <br /> 2. The Second Party will acquire (or lease for a minim m of 25 years) <br /> Lands (ar trail rights -of within the trail corridor described herein, and <br /> plan, construct, and maintain trails and related recreational facilities meeting <br /> or exceeding the minimum state guidelines within said trail corridor. State <br /> criteria and guidelines for the establishment of a state non-motorised recreational <br /> trail are contained within the Colorado Recreational Trails Committee Report 1973, <br /> attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof. <br />
