Councilman DiCarlo moved that <br /> the City Administrator be authorised to meet <br /> with the delegates from the two interested <br /> churches in regards to the church sites. <br /> Seconded by Councilwoman Dhisuz. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> MOSQUITO SPRAYING Mr. Wurl stated Oat the County came in and <br /> sprayed the mosquito infested areas, how- <br /> ever if there is a specific area which is <br /> requested sprayed, the County will be notified <br /> and come and spray the area. <br /> COLORADO t7CfAGICAL Mr. Wurl informed Council that the Planning <br /> SURVEY' PEKET Commission is obligated to review the report <br /> and submit a report to Council <br /> TOLLEFSON PAYMENT Councilwoman Dbieux moved that Council <br /> authorize the advertisement for final pay- <br /> ment on the pool contract for August 20, 1974. <br /> Seconded by Councilwoman Scholl. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> CLYNCRE ESTATE Mr. Wurl stated that the City has been <br /> negotiating with the Clyncke Estate <br /> for some time on a part of land, approx• <br /> f acres in conjunction with land necessary <br /> for future expansion of the water treat- <br /> ment plan and with the waits water recycling <br /> plan. The City has received a letter of <br /> acceptance on there part which is close to <br /> the Citys original offer. Mr. Wurl stated <br /> that he would like to have this discussed with <br /> other water improvements and how it would be <br /> financed. The discussion would be with the <br /> water committee or Council. Councilman <br /> Deity itatod that ha fiat it should be dis- <br /> cussed by Council in a work session. Coun- <br /> cilwoman Dhimux stated that there Was a <br /> possibility that she would not be at the <br /> meeting when the matter was brought up and <br /> she stated that she wanted to go on record of <br /> being in strong favor of the proposition. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY REPORT <br /> RESOLUTION #14 Attorney Hurries read Resolution #14 regarding the <br /> Conservation Trust Fund, Councilwoman Scholl <br /> moved that Resolution #14 be adopted. Seconded <br /> by Councilman Di Cbrlo. Motion carried. <br /> ' -3- <br />
