DelPizzo, and DiCarlo. Other present: City Administrator Wurl , City Attorney Morris, City Treasurer Hasson, City Engineer White, and City Clerk Santilli . Absent: Mayor Waschak. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Councilwoman Scholl moved that the minutes be accepted as read. Seconded by Council- man DiCarlo. Motion carried. CORRESPONDENCE Councilman DiCarlo moved that the corres- pondence be accepted and brought up under proper heading. Seconded by Councilwoman Scholl . Motion carried. COUNCIL ITEMS TOLLEFSON FINAL ESTIMATE Councilwoman Scholl moved that final payment be made in the amount of $6,6611.04. to Tollefson Construction Company. Se- conded by Councilman DiCarlo. Roll call . Domenico yes, Berry yes , Scholl yes , Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. ARCHITECTURAL STEEL FINAL Councilwoman Scholl moved that final ESTIMATE payment be made in the amount of $10,685.36 to Architectural Steel Building. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Roll call . Domenico yes, Berry yes , Scholl yes , Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes , DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. E & F COMPLAINTS City Administrator Wurl informed Council that several people have called and com- plained about f & F explosives. It was stated that this was brought to Council before. Mayor Pro-te■ Berry stated that there was something in the Ordinance about the strength of the explosive which were being set off. Mr. Wurl is going to check on the matter. Mr. Wurl stated that it would be a civil matter and any damage done to homes would have to be taken care of with E 8 F.
