Roll call. <br /> Berry yes, Scholl yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo <br /> yes, DiCarlo yes. Notion carried. <br /> Mk. Wurl statad that everyone was notified <br /> by phone regarding the license, and the <br /> Throe Coins were the only ones who did <br /> not bring in the coney for renewal. <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS & REPORTS <br /> ADDRESS CHANGE Councilman DelPizzo stated that be had <br /> a meeting with the property owners in <br /> the Wood Brothers subdivision. He <br /> stated that they were, concerned about <br /> the renumbering of the area. Mr. Wurl <br /> informed Council that there was a mistake <br /> of the numbering of certain lots. <br /> A question was brought up in regards to <br /> reimbursing the property owners for any <br /> cost incurred due to the address change. <br /> Mk. Wurl stated that the Title Company's <br /> had been notified and that there was no <br /> real concern on the title, however, if <br /> the property owners requested correction <br /> the City would pay for the process. <br /> Mks. Linda Garrett stated that she and <br /> several of her neighbors who were in- <br /> volved in the address change felt that <br /> a letter stating the official date of <br /> address change and that the City would <br /> incur the expenses should have been <br /> sent to the involved parties. After <br /> discussion Councilman DelPizzo moved that <br /> a letter telling of the address change <br /> and that the cost will be incurred by the <br /> City. . Seconded by Councilman Berry. <br /> Councilwoman Scholl move to amend the <br /> motion to incur a enses immediately <br /> • related to the n --sr change subject to <br /> approval by the finance committee. such <br /> as the warranty deed, deed of trust, and <br /> title insurance policy within 90 days. <br /> Seconded by Councilman Berry. Roll call. <br /> Berry yes, Scholl yea, Dhieux yes. Del- <br /> Piz*o yes, DiCarlo yes. Notion carried. <br /> Roll call on motion. Berry yes, Scholl <br /> yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes.
