COAL CREEK - C.A.0 Mr. Wurl informed Council that the Coal Creek committee was going to ask C.A.C. for citizen input. Hr. Wurl informed Council that what will be needed from Council is a written form!!l vaguest to C.A.C. asking foo the input desired. SENIOR CITIZEN PROGRAM - BUDGET Mr. Wiirl informed Council that he talked with Keith Helart and the report yet and it will be avail- able at the next meeting. CLYNKE PROPERTY Mr. Wurl informed Council that the letter he was requested to write has been sent but there has been no reply. REPORT ON CROSS PAN Mr. Wurl reported that part of the study has been completed and he would like to have discussion tabled until all the information is at hard. Councilman Berry moved that the City Administrators report be accepted. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Notion carried. COAL CREEK BY-LAWS Mr. Wurl informed Council that the Coal Creek By-Laws revised were handed out and that the Council comments were given to the attorney who revised the By-Laws as he could. FLOOD INSURANCE Mr. Wurl stated that he received a letter from the Federal Insurance Administrator that the City eligibility • for participation in the National Flood insurance will be suspended effective January 15, 1975 unless before then Flood Plain Regulations are passed by Council. Mt. Wurl informed Council that the regulations were being reviewed and just }afore they were brought to Council a new set of regulations were sent to the City. Mr. Wurl stated that he requested that the Council pass the Boulder County regulations which will be available at the next meeting.
