Wurl informed Council that Mr. Codroor lag cow efsrAacor would like to sell the restaurant but he would also like to keep the license in force. After discussion on the matter Councilman Berry moved to approve the .75 liquor license subject to payment in full of the gross receipts tax and proper sig- natures on the license application. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Roll call . He stated the agreement at hand was the updated agreement. After discussion Councilwoman Scholl moved to authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to sign the agreement between LUBA and the City.
