Farley and they will set up another meeting for the presentation in September. Mr. Conarroe stated that since the two Council meetings were held one week apart, the Ord- inance #473 would have to be acted upon at • the August 5, 1975 meeting in order to get a second publication on it. CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT Mr. Wurl reviewed the correspondence and enclo- surers. VIA APPIA ESCROW Mr. Wurl informed Council that a while back the WOOD BROTHERS City did not want Wood Brothers to pave Via Appia Drive because of the lack of use at that time.
