Mr, Worl stated that representatives from Wood <br /> PUBLIC NEARING Brothers were in attendance to present their <br /> TRACT d $ C preliminary plat for tracts d R C. <br /> Mr. Holly for Wood Brothers informed the Council . <br /> as to the plans for the tract development. <br /> He stated that the homes would be what is calf <br /> Patio Homes. They will be detached and hew base .. <br /> prices beginning around $20,000. I . Holly them <br /> introduced lir. Donald Rourke the architect for <br /> the developed. He explained the type of housing <br /> that would be built stating that the homes would <br /> be placed at an angle giving an attached effect <br /> when looking down a street. Mr. Rourke stated <br /> that the easements run down the back of the homes <br /> instead of on the side. <br /> Camci 1ann Berry asked about the intersections <br /> since they were not 900. City Engineer White <br /> stated that in the tract being talked about, <br /> perpendicular intersections would not work. W. <br /> Rourke stated that there were special radius to <br /> accomodate the intersection. <br /> Councilnan DelPizzo asked if the homes would all <br /> be of the same. size and design. Mr. Rourke <br /> stated that there will be one two, and three <br /> bedroom homes, also they are one level and two level. <br /> Mr. Rourke also stated that town houses, etc. are <br /> sitting vacant in many cities and Wood Brothers <br /> felt single family detached units would benefit <br /> the City. lir. Rourke also stated that the lots <br /> Weald be approxiestely 50' x W. <br /> Councilwoman Dhiewc stated that when this plan <br /> was brought to Planning emission one point <br /> of interest as the fact that density was lower. <br /> also that the models are varied. She stated <br /> that this plan is a first for Wood Brothers. <br /> Mr. Rourke stated that all fences will be installed <br /> with the building of the houses. Mr. Rourke <br /> stmt./4 that square footage will be bttmreen <br /> 1.000 sq. ft. and 3,000 sq. ft. <br /> her. Marl read the ammo from the staff in regards <br /> to recowesndations to Council on the request of <br /> Wood Brothers. <br />
