ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES ' REGULAR i SPECIAL MEETING Mayor Pro-tem Berry and Council accepted . the regular meeting minutes as read. Mayor Pro-tem Berry stated that there was a correction in the special meeting *Mutes. •� The correction was in the motion appoletle» Rauteestraus S Joss. The motion should read as follows: Councilman Berry moved L .,- that Rautenstraus I .loss be appointed as assistant City Attorneys on a temporary basis with the authority to act on behalf of the City in matters specifically assigned to them by the Mayor. City Coen- cii . City Administrator or City Attorney. With the correction the minutes were approved. COUNCIL ITEMS ENCLOSURERS Councilwoman Dhieux moved that the en- closurers be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. NB 1041 CONTINUATION OF Councilman OICarlo moved that the public PUBLIC HEARING hearin on NB 1041 be continued to October 21 , 1975, it 7:30 P.M. Motion carried. PAY ESTIMATE f3 Mr. Wrul read the memo from Engineer White TENNIS COURTS NORTH stating that the tennis courts are complete MALOTT. PETERSON & GRUNOY stated that Parksd$ Nec.nreco as elm payment also. Councilwoman Ohieux moved that may estiaste 13 in the amount of $3,144.00 be Said ss recommeaded to Matott, Peterson. • Grundy for work on the Louisville North Tenets Courts. PAY ESTIMATE #4 Mr. Yuri read the memo from Engineer White COTTONWOOD PARK recommending payment. The memo from Parks J. JURY, INC. was brought up stating that payment be made with several exceptions.
