RTD Proposal- =nclosirg in packet a proposal I received on July 7, as a request of proposal for independent operators in the paratzansit van-type vehicles. I think this matter should be reviewed and discussed at Council; one to see if the City has sny interest in suk itting a proposal. Two, if we are interested at all in this type of operation, I personally feel that it is substantially less then what BID owes the cities of Louisville and Lafayette. I think we ought to be put on the same level as other communities and have a total RTD operation, not relying on independent dealers. We can discuss it and whatever Councils wishes are we will pass on to RTD. B. Boulder County Health-Request for funds for 1977. This is the annual request made by the Boulder County Health Department for funds from the various cities. You will note that the request this year is up about SO• from last year. Council may want to review their total request and see how it fits in with the services provided to the City by the health department. C. Jaycee Liquor License-This is for the beer license that the Jaycee'■ have at the carnival. The first data that you can have the public hearing is your meeting of August 3, 1976. D. Continental View Rotates-We have had a request to table this matter as Mr. Buitta will be out of town. What me hope to discuss at your August 3, 1976, meeting relating to this is the possibility of an extension on his request for service utilities.
