M4r. wurl stated that Mrs. Carter was really the first person to ever approach Council and state that there was a need for the services. Councilman McDonald requested that Mr. Burl write to the RTD representatives and ask them for a response to the information they were to provide for the City when they last visited. Councilman DelPizzo stated that it night be suggested to RTD that the buses that run between Denver and Boulder begin _.T earlier and stop at the Superior exit for persons in the Louisville area who need to catch them. • Mr. Hershey stated that he felt that the persons running ETD should be elected officials who have to answer to the tax payers instead of persons hired who really don't have such concern for the smaller communities. Mr. Burl will write RTD requesting a re- presentative be present at the November 4, meeting. Attorney Morris will write a letter to ETD and the State regarding the unavail- ability of RTD within Louisville. Mayor Vaschak suggested that Mrs. Carter inform her friends who also commute and urge them to attend the meeting to visit with the representatives. There were no other audience comments. CITY ATrORWS= IMPORT NAY*krrna SUIT Attorney Morris stated that he has met with the attorney for Mayboffer and as it stands now it will go to court about the middle of December. PITRCB SUIT There was nothing new to report. Mr. -- Wurl stated that this will not appear on the agenda again unless need arises. -5-
