Motion carried. <br /> HOWARD DITCH SAM Mr. Wurl stated that he needs Councils <br /> SHARES authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk <br /> to sign the sales agreement for the pur- <br /> chase of 1/4 shares of Howard Ditch Water <br /> from Rollie Addison in the amount of <br /> $3,750. <br /> Councilman Carmel moved that the Mayor <br /> and City Clerk be authorized to sign the <br /> water sales agreement for 1/4 shares of <br /> Howard Ditch Water from Rollie Addison in <br /> the amount of $3,750. Seconded by Coun- <br /> cilman McDonald.
