Resolution 023, Series 1971, this was submitted at the last Council meeting and was tabled because it had not been included in the packet. We are enclosing copies in this packet and recommend that it be adopted. C. Cat Information. We are enclosing in the packet in- formation that we have obtained through the CML relating to the control of cats. Item 7. City Administrator Report A. Acceptance of Deed - LAB Company. This is for a protion of the widening of South Boulder Road. We recommend that Council accept the deed. B. Oil A Gas Lease - I net with Mr. Roy Morris, in re- gards to this. They were to get back to me with their recommendation, both he and the City Attorney. At this writing I have nothing to submit. We should have. a recommendation by the Council meeting. C. City Hall project. This is one of the items that Council approved of and submitting of grant applications under the RDA money, unfortunately, one of the criteria is that we have plans and specifications for the app- - lication. The City Planner, Dennis Drumm, contacted an architect he knows and I will have for you by meeting night, a copy of his outline, basically what he is agreeing to do is the preliminary work necessary to submit for the grant. If we do not receive the grant, we would have no co■mittment to him in way of payment. If we get the grant and proceed, then would become part of the 10% architectural fees that he would charge for preparation. If we get the grant sad don't use then they would expect to be reimbursed for the time spent for the preparation of the preliminary plans at a maximum of $3,000. If we want to continuo the prom of requesting grant money for this project, we would have to develop some sort of preliminary plans to meet their criteria. D. Correspondence.
