410 410 <br /> FIRE DISTRICT Councilman Caramel asked what was going <br /> cm with the fire district. <br /> Mt. Marl ste.ted that he has not gotten <br /> with the fire department yet, but has <br /> acquired information pertaining to the <br /> district and the procedure and legal <br /> aspects on the matter. <br /> PUBLIC SERVICE FRANCHISE Mr. Turf reported that a meeting was <br /> scheduled for December 23, 1976. <br /> STATUE Councilman DiLorenzo stated that she <br /> would like to see the City light the <br /> statue. <br /> Mr. Wurl stated that he will talk with <br /> the engineer on the possibilities. <br /> RAILROAD TRACE Councilman McDonald asked if anything <br /> was done about the weed control on the <br /> tracks within the city. <br /> Mr. Wurl stated that he would talk with <br /> them. <br /> SIDEWALKS Councilman DelPizzo asked if there were <br /> other areas in the City that need to <br /> install sidewalks. <br /> Mr. hurl stated that there are and will <br /> be done in a five year program. <br /> Councilman Caramel moved that the reports <br /> be accepted and placed on file. <br /> Seconded by Councilman McDonald. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> ADJOURNMENT Councilman DelPizzo moved the meeting <br /> be adjourned. Seconded by Councilman <br /> Domenico. Meeting adjourned at 9:00 <br /> P.Y. <br />
