4 COMM ANUAMT 4, 1077._ Mayor Pro-tea Caranci called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the following Council members present: Domenico, DiLorenzo, DiCarlo, McDonald and DslPiaao. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City Engineer White, City Treasurer Beason, City Attorney Joss, and City Clerk Bantilli. Absent: City Planner Drumm, City Mayor Vaechak. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Council approved the minutes as read. COUNCIL ITEMS FLATIRON PAVING CO. Councilman Domencio moved that the STREET OVERLAY PROJECT final pay estimate to Flatiron Paving FINAL PAYMENT Co. for the street overlay roject, in the amount of $3,069.90, be approved. Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. It was noted that the City Engineer did recommend the payment. Motion carried. TRAINOR CONSTRUCTION CO. A memo from the City Engineer recommended STORM SEWER PROJECT the payment #1, in the amount of PAY ESTIMATE #1 $37,539.00, to Trainor Construction Co. , for the storm sewer project. Councilman DiCarlo moved that pay estimate #1, in the amount of $37,539.00 to Trainor Construction Co. , for work on storm sewers be approved. Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. Motion carried. WESTERN EMPIRE CONSTRUCTORS A memo from Noel Hobbs recommending the WATER TANK - PAY ESTIMATE payment #3 was noted to Council. #3 Councilman McDonald moved that Pay Estimate #3 be approved to Western Empire Constructors in the amount of $47, 251.75, on construction of the water tank. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. STEVE ANDERSON Mr. Anderson noted to Council that the STATUE DEDICATION dedication for the statue will be Jan. 8. 1977, at 1:30 and a reception would be held after. He invited all to attend. NEW ATTORNEY Mayor Pro-tam Caranci welcomed the new City Attorney,Bruce Joss, to the City staff.
