ORDINANCE *531 Attorney Joss noted that all members of <br /> Council had before them a copy Of Ord- <br /> inance #531 for review and filing. <br /> Attorney Joss read the ordinance by <br /> title only Councilman MCDosald moved <br /> that Ordinance #531 be ordered published. <br /> Seconded by Councilman D•lPinnO. <br /> Notion carried. <br /> ORDINANCE #517 Attorney Joss stated that when this ord- <br /> AME2NDMENT inance was first presented the fees for <br /> contractor licenses was not filled in. <br /> He noted that as it stands now there are <br /> two fees, first year and renewal. In <br /> talking with the City Inspector, it was <br /> decided that tLe renewal fee should be <br /> the one used. <br /> Councilman DiLorenzo moved that Ordinance . <br /> 't17 be ordered published. Seconded by Councilman McDonald. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT <br /> STORM SEVER ADDITION Mr. Wurl stated taht the cost of the <br /> TO PROTECT storm sewer project was put in bid about <br /> $20,000 less then was allocated. <br /> Mr. Wurl requested that Council approve <br /> an addition to the project which would <br /> start the work on the Pine Street project. <br /> After discussion, Councilman DelPizzo <br /> moved that the extra money allocated to <br /> the storm sewer project be used to begin <br /> the Storm Sewer Pine Street project. <br /> Seconded by Councilman McDonald. <br /> Mr. Lundberg asked if HUD has responded <br /> on this. <br /> Mr. Wurl stated that Mr. Chenoweth has <br /> telephoned HUD and there should be a <br /> letter from them shortly agreeing. <br /> Roll call vote; Caranci abstained, <br /> DelPizzo yes, McDonald yes, DiCarlo yes, <br /> Domenico yes, DiLorenzo yes.
