GRANTS The Colorado Municipal League was able to obtain information as to how we scored in the final analysis. Based on the point system, we were first and fourth with our projects. The City's unemployment rate was 6.47% and no funding was granted under 6.50%. Councilman McDonald asked who determines the unemployment rate in Louisville. Mr. hurl stated because of our size, the City of Louisville is reported with Boulder County, which is unfortunate for the City. Councilman McDonald asked if a real pro- blem was being created if Council waited until the next Council meeting to take action, after Attorney Jose bad net with HUD. Mr. Furl stated that this would create a problem as there was much planning work that had to be done with the County and State functions.
